All 20 rooms have beautiful verandahs, il cacciatore, overlooking the lodge's own shiraz vineyard.the lodge also has a very successful licensed restaurant, which is only a short stroll along the terrace. 11 of these rooms, a MIX of studios and suites, were built in early 2006. The rooms are large, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a great deal of attention to detail. Hermitage lodge has 20 studios and suites, offering personal, attentive service rarely found today. It is within walking distance of many of the area's popular wineries and tourist attractions. Guests of Hermitage Lodge have easy access to many of the areas major attractions including cellar doors, golf courses and Hunter Valley Gardens. Hermitage Lodge's accommodation is not particularly capable to families as each room has just one bed. All twenty rooms present guests a deck or veranda overlooking the Shiraz vineyard. Vineyard Suite This spacious Suite is equipped with everything one needs to appreciate a correct Hunter Valley experience including the large deck overlooking the Vineyards and the deep soaking tub. Lodge Room Despite being our entry smooth accommodation these rooms present a spacious begin plan room with king beds, a double sofa bed and a covered veranda with views to the vineyard. The deck overlooks the vineyard and is close from both the living room and the bedroom. The Vineyard Spa Suite features a king bed, large oval spa tub, gas fireplace, deck overlooking the vineyard and a divide living area with sofa and sofa bed. This spacious Vineyard Suite is equipped with everything one needs to appreciate a true Hunter Valley experience including the large deck overlooking the Vineyards and a bathroom with deep soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. Hermitage Lodge’s unique setting on 10 hectares in the Hunter Valley with its own Shiraz vineyard makes it the perfect deposit for your next corporate or executive event. We recently stayed at the hermitage lodge for the weekend, the staff were pretty and very polite out room was attractive and the lodge is situated in a great spot and is a truly pretty store to stay we will defiantly be back Thankyou for your humane hospitality. Dinner in our room end night was cooked from the lodge's restaurant and it was lovely. We had an enjoyable time staying at the Hermitage Lodge. The spacious two story suite offered marvelous views of the vineyard. Excellent accommodation we had a lodge with spa bath veranda views on both sides of the lodge one looking out over the attractive vineyard. Have impartial enjoyed a three night fracture in the Hunter Valley, staying at Hermitage Lodge. Loved the complimentary in room continental breakfast, the in house made muesli was delicious, more please! Booked the Hermitage Lodge on motif.com and when I walked in the door on arriving, was incredibly impressed. It was the perfect bottom to visit the vineyards at hunter valley. The Hermitage lodge offers great rooms in a tranquility location yet accessible to many of the vast wineries. The breakfast is attractive immense home made muesli yogurt muffins left in your fridge for you to enjoy on your veranda in the morning We ate at the restaurant one night (beautiful) and the after ordered beautiful pizza pasta to have on our veranda. Without hesitation, this is the store to stay in the Hunter Valley!
